The settings of the B2BStore portal allow you to choose the currency in which prices will be displayed. There are cases when it's necessary to see prices in dollars or euros. For such situations, there is a price switch that allows displaying prices in different currencies. Prices will be automatically recalculated based on the current exchange rate pulled from your accounting system.
Your partner can operate under different legal entities: sole proprietorship, limited liability company, and others. All these details are also available for configuration. Each legal entity may have different agreements, such as payment deferrals or prepayment. Therefore, the price may vary depending on the terms of the agreement. When your dealer places an order, they select which legal entity they will place the order on behalf of and according to which agreement.
Immediately after the order is placed, your customer gains access to their account and can make the payment right away.
